"And the last thing we need is your zipcode." My co-worker says. The customer enters a zipcode in but an invalid zipcode pops up. "Um, you entered in the wrong zipcode."
"No, I didn't. I put in the right code. The problem is on your end."
"I didn't touch anything."
"It's on your end!"
Poor, poor co-worker.
