"My PS3 isn't reading my Blu-Ray DVD. I bought The Samarian from you guys the other day. Is the CD broken?" A customer asks.
"You mean you bought The Samaritan from us? It should be reading the disk you bought."
"It's not. I put the disk in and the PS3 says I need to download a software update."
"Then you need to download the software update."
"How do I do that?"
"You connect your PS3 to the internet and choose software update on your PS3."
"Oh ok. Thanks."
I would laugh but the fact is that she's probably making more than I am. I don't get paid enough to deal with these people. ಠ_ಠ
