"I bought a Blu-Ray DVD from you guys the other day and my player doesn't read it. " A customer complained.
"Your blu-ray player isn't reading the disk?" I asked.
"No, my DVD player doesn't read it."
"You need a Blu-Ray player to play Blu-Ray DVDs"
"Oh, I thought you could use regular DVD players."
We don't put our DVD players next to the Blu-Ray players for decoration only people!! ಠ_ಠ
